Nashville offers plenty of great places to explore. From Germantown, East Nashville, Nation's, Belle Meade, Gulch, Broadway, Belle Meade, plus many more there is always so much to see and do. One great area to check out that I always recommend to my riders and have had plenty of recommendations for various restaurants there is the area known as 12th Avenue South. It's located about ten minutes southeast from downtown Nashville and offers so much. It's a mile long block of restaurants, shopping, boutiques, coffee houses, bars, and other fun stops. Some great restaurants in the 12th South Area to try out include the following:
Epice - Lebanese Cuisine Urban Grub - Southern and Seafood Frothy Monkey - Coffee House and Breakfast Buttermilk Ranch - Breakfast and Lunch Cafe 12 South Taproom and Grill - Excellent Sandwiches and Bar Food. Embers Ski Lodge - Bar, with great food, and will make you feel like your close to the mountains. Burger Up - Very creative Burgers and other tasty items. Nashville Street Taco - Excellent stop with good varieties of tacos. Edley's - Good Barbecue in the 12th South Area. The Cookery - Get your Australian fix with great dishes from the land down under.
12th Avenue South offers so much. It's also located near Belmont University, Belmont Mansion, and Music Row (16th and 17th Avenue). If you're looking for a change of pace from Broadway then this is a great area to add for dining, exploring, and shopping in the Nashville area. #ridingwithkurt
