Yesterday, I stopped by Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream to meet an individual whom I gave a ride to last week. She was originally from Pakistan and attends Vanderbilt University. She asked if she could interview me for one of her classes where the focus is on Nashville, and I happily accepted the opportunity.
She and her friend interviewed me about my blog Ridingwithkurt.com, how it began, and how post-it notes began. They also asked me about Nashville, specifically about the difference from when I was growing up to where Nashville is going. Provided insight about the future of Nashville with the new football stadium. Also, it provides hidden gems in the Nashville area for food, things to do, and other great features of Nashville. It was a fun time working with these two great students for their class project.
The ice cream at Jeni’s was awesome. Great staff and cool vibe. I even tried their dairy free and vegan ice cream. Definitely check out Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream on 21st Avenue in Hillsboro Village. #ridingwithkurt
