The town of Birmingham has always been dear to my heart. Since I was 17 years old I have been visiting this great town. This city has alot to offer from food, history, golf, and other activities that will offer plenty to see and do.
For food places in Birmingham you have to check out Perry's Steakhouse, Bistro Two Eighteen, Cafe Dupont, and Gianmarco's. All excellent places and great dining experiences. Perry's was definitely not a let down when I dined there.
For things to do check out these amazing places: Barber Vintage Motorsport Museum, Birmingham Museum of Art, Birmingham Civil Rights Museum, and Vulcan Park and Museum.
For the golf enthusiasts check out RTG Golf Trail, Highland Park Golf Course, and the Greystone Golf and Country Club. All of these offer great golf experiences and definitely a memory to be had.
For the hiking fan check out these great trails: Ruffner Mountain, Vulcan Walking Trail, Red Mountain Park.
For great fishing and lake experiences head to Lake Purdy. This place offers both great fishing and boating.
Plenty of hotels in the area and you can never go wrong with the stays.
