Boulder, CO

Boulder sits along the Rocky Mountains and is epitome of places to visit in Colorado. With a great restaurant scene, plenty of hiking, incredible art galleries, and the University of Colorado there it's definitely a stop in Colorado. The city is only 45 minutes northwest of Denver and an easy drive for the day or weekend in this gem of a town.

One stop you have to make is the Flatirons. This amazing stop offers different levels of hiking from basic to the extreme. There is a beauty you will take in as you look East towards the plains that Boulder sits along. The Flat Irons are also a geographical wonder as they rise up from the area.

For restaurants check out Snooze, A.M. eatery. This is a great place to start your day on Boulder. I had the Snooze Breakfast Borito and didn't disappoint at all. It was full of flavor and probably one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had.

Boulder has alot to see and definitely is a place that should be added to your travel destinations as you begin your travel plans to Colorado.
