Bozeman, Montana

Last week, I spent a couple of days in Bozeman, MT. Bozeman is a great place to explore and Tae in the beauty of the mountains, rivers, and all that the entire city has to offer. They have an incredible bar and restaurant scene along with great shops for souvenirs and all things Bozeman related. Here is a list of a couple of restaurants I enjoyed that were recommended to me. The first is Makenzie River Pizza Company. This place is a Montana icon for pizza. The second is Copper Grill and Bar. Great steaks and other delicious items on the menu, plus their beef is Montana grass fed that they serve in house from the local restaurants. For fly-fishing, head to Montana Troutfitters for incredible fishing experiences on the Yellowstone River located nearby. Big Sky is located only 45 minutes from the town of Bozeman and offers hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter months. Yellowstone National Park is only 2 hours south of Bozeman and should be added when visiting. Allow yourself at least 4 to 5 days to take in everything to do in the town of Bozeman and all the outdoor activities that surround this mountain town. From great food, shopping, and outdoor experiences, Bozeman is one place you'll want to add when visiting Montana. Finally, for flights, I found Delta Airlines offered the best options for flying to Montana. #ridingwithkurt #postit #delta
