Today I was traveling from Tupelo, MS back to Nashville, TN to attend the Tennessee Titans game today. There us one place that caught my eye on my way back. I saw a sign for Buc-ee's and the stop had to be made. What was the stop for? It was for their epic chopped brisket sandwiches. I believe I have talked about this place before but their chopped brisket sandwiches are the bomb and it is another road trip stop whether you are traveling north or south along Interstate 65. The staff is friendly, the experience is amazing, the food is amazing, and the cleanest restrooms you'll ever find (hey that's what they are known for).
