Today's food stop came at the recommendation of a rider who works for Central BBQ. This great BBQ joint originated out of Memphis and has really good food. Went with the pulled pork, and it was excellent. Very tender and flavorful with a great sauce that is tangy and sweet. The slaw was very good, and the chips are cooked in-house with their own seasoning. Very friendly and super fast service here at Central BBQ.
