A place where I have received a few recommendations from my Rider's is Char in Green Hills. The classic Steakhouse dining experience is just as classy as the area of Green Hills itself. The lunch menu offers a nice variety of appetizers, salads, soup of the day, entrees, and sandwiches. For the starter, I began with the Wedge Salad, and it was superb. Right balance of toppings, iceberg wedge, and Bleu Cheese Dressing. For my entree, I went with the Cornbread dusted Redfish served over sautéed spinach and Cheddar Grits topped with Abita Amber Crab and Crawfish sauce. It was fantastic and delicious with so much flavor. Service was excellent and ambiance very nice. Definitely check this high-class dining experience next time you're in Green Hills.
