Chauhan Ale and Masala House Nashville, TN

The other night, a couple who I gave a ride to told me I had to check out a popular chef's Indian restaurant in the Midtown area. They aren't the only ones that have recommended this establishment. I have had several who told me I need to stop in and check out Chauhan Ale and Masala House. Once you enter the door, you are immediately greeted by their wonderful hostess, which will guide you to your table for an amazing dining experience from Chef Maneet Chauhan. The menu ranges from various Indian appetizers and entree items. For starters, I started with the grilled oysters that had a peach sauce. The oysters were amazing and filled with so much flavor, especially with the peach sauce. The matching cocktail To Peaches His Own was a nice match. For Entree item, I'd went with the Braised Pork Shank with the Korma Sauce. This dish was probably one of the best Pork Shank dishes I have ever had. The Shank fell off the bone while the Korma Curry Sauce had deep flavors of saffron, liquid gold, and cashew sauce. For wine pairing, went with the Tempranillo Blend. This is definitely a dining experience you'll not want to miss from the ambiance, excellent service, incredible food, and amazing culinary talent of Chef Maneet Chauhan for your next culinary experience in the Nashville area.
