A friend of mine told me about a Gyro stop in the West Nashville area that I should check out. It definitely is a dive, and Chicago Style Gyros on Hillwood Boulevard is definitely a place to check out if you like Greek food. They offer various items on their menu from appetizers, Gyros, and plates. Today, I had their Gyros plate with rice, tabboule, and pita topped with Taziki sauce. The shaved gyro meat was excellent with great flavor and spice as well as cuts of meat were very tender. The tabboule was very good and well marinated with chopped parsley, tomatoes, onion lemon juice, and olive oil. The service was superb, and the ambiance was very rustic. Definitely check this place out next time you're looking for a great Gyro or Greek food in the West Nashville area. #ridingwithkurt
