A couple of months ago, a rider told me about a Chinese restaurant in Bellevue that they enjoyed. Today, I stopped by China Panda to check them out. The place is definitely a hidden gem and offers some spectacular Asian Cuisine. They have traditional Chinese dishes, including appetizers and entree. Plus, their lunch menu is great, served with an entree of your choice, rice (white or fried), and choice of egg roll or soup. For soup, I had their Wonton Soup with a flavorful Broth and homemade Wontons that were amazing. The entree I went with the Cashew Chicken thar was fantastic. Chicken, vegetables, cashews, and a flavorful sauce with fried rice this dish had plenty of flavor. Friendly service and quaint atmosphere. Definitely check this place out next time you're in the Bellevue area and looking for great Chinese food. #ridingwithkurt
