After an exceptional day on the river, my guide recommended me a place that offers an incredible dining experience along with being a great steak house. Copper Whiskey Bar and Grill, located in the heart of Downtown Bozeman on East Main Street, offers an amazing dining experience. This upscale dining offers upscale dining with appetizers, salads , Montana cuisine classics, and local beef with their Montana handcut steaks. For starters, I had their Bacon and Blue Cheese Wedge Salad with bacon , blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing over a Wedge of iceberg lettuce The salad wax was absolutely delicious. For entrees I had their Ribeye served over mashed potatoes. The Ribeye was perfectly cooked and seasoned with exceptional flavor from Montana beef. Along with their mashed potatoes that had so many depths of flavor, the old saying steak and mashed potatoes goes well is so true with this dining experience. I enjoyed a popular beer Moose Drool before dinner, which is a local classic in the area. With the ribeye, I was paired with a delicious Malbec from Argentina. The Felino Malbec offered a light balance of flavor and textures that balanced the heavy flavors of the Ribeye and mashed potatoes. The dining experience offered superb service along with a really amazing ambiance in an area located in the basement of East Main Street in Bozeman, Montana.
