Someone a while back told me about a breakfast stop in a quaint little Tennessee town about 40 minutes south of Nashville. Today, I headed down to Leipers Fork, TN, to check out The Country Boy Restaurant. This quaint little stop has everything you desire for a country breakfast stop. From smoked meats, egg dishes, omelets, and pancakes, this is a place to check out. Today, I had their Kitchen Sink Omelet with biscuit and cheese Grits. The omelet was amazing with ham, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and peppers with cheddar cheese. The Grits were fantastic and spot on with creaminess and flavor. The biscuits were very good as well. Excellent service from the staff and rustic country vibe. Definitely check this stop out next time you're looking for a drive out to the country.
Leapers Fork also has several galleries and other cute stores in the area. Also, it's about 20 minutes from Franklin. Great area to explore in the middle Tennessee area. #ridingwithkurt
