A must stop in the downtown area is the Country Music Hall of Fame. This icon of a destination is home to not only country music but the history of music itself. It sits on Demonbreun Street and is something you do not want to miss in your trip to the Nashville area. It takes you from the beginning of music in the South from Country Western and Blues to how has aged over time with the blends of genre of music it now has become.
Restaurants nearby include Etch, The Diner, and Southern Steak and Oyster.
Plenty of hotels nearby but one I'll always recommend is the Grand Hyatt located on 10th and Broadway.
A stop at the Country Music Hall of Fame will leave you with an appreciation of not only Country Music and music overall, but what this area has become with the lively atmosphere it also has to offer.
Kurt I love how you share all of these wonderful places in Nashville that I didn’t even know existed!
