One of Nashville original dining experiences, which is one of those places that you definitely want to experience, is Dalt's American Grill, located in Belle Meade. I have featured them before, but a little ways back, I gave a ride to someone who worked there. I stopped in for one of my favorite menu items, which is their Summermelt. Chicken salad, with jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and wrapped in a warm tortilla. I chose their house potato chips for my side. The dish was amazing, and the chicken salad is extremely flavorful. The menu offers quite a good variety, which includes appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and entrees. Excellent service and very cool retro vibe. Also, it has been around since 1980, so it is definitely a Nashville classic. #ridingwithkurt
