Darfons Restaurant and Bar Nashville, TN

A little while back, a rider recommended one of their favorite restaurants they enjoy dining at that is located just down the road from the Nashville International Airport. Today, I stopped by Darfons Restaurant and Bar. This long-standing restaurant has been here since 1989 and offers a variety of items from appetizers, salads, entrees, steak, and other great items. Today, I began with the Lobster Bisque it was today's special. It was excellent with a velvety texture, a great balance of flavor, a bit of a bite with the seasoning, and plenty of chopped lobster. For entrees, I went with the Grilled Pork Chop. This pork chop is probably one of the best I have ever had. Well seasoned, very tender, and topped with a delicious Demi Glaze. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. This place is wonderful with excellent service. Definitely check out this great establishment next time you're by the Nashville International Airport. #ridingwthkurt
