Today, after a great night's stay at LA Quinta Inn in Billings, MT, I headed to my first food stop in the Billings area, which was recommended to me by a local in the area. Today I stopped by Diamond X Beer Company. This place offers great food with a large beer selection. The menu offers appetizers, local favorites, and even some great daily specials. Today, I had their Tuesday special, which was their Birria Tacos served with jus and chips and salsa. The tacos are incredible with delicious Birria meat with onions, cilantro, and tomatoes, then stuffed in two taco shells marinated in birria sauce then cooked on a flat top with a cheese crust. The entire dish was amazing. The service was great and very friendly. Very cool ambiance for this laid-back Brewery in Billings, MT. Definitely at this for dining experiences in the area. #ridingwithkurt
