Doughbird Green Hills, TN

Today, I had lunch with my daughter at Doughbird in Green Hills. Last year, I featured them after one of my riders told me about the restaurant opening and their positive dining experience. They are known for their pizza and chicken, but today, I had their Prime Rib Sandwich with Brussel Sprouts. The sandwich was absolutely delicious along with the Brussel Sprouts. Shaved Prime Rib with charred onions, horseradish sauce, fontina, on a delicious baguette served with au jus. The pizza we had was amazing as well. The Copper Hat was the name with prosciutto, goat cheese, dates, salted pistachios, and Arugula with a gluten-free crust. Excellent service and great atmosphere. This is definitely a great place to eat at Green Hills and plan future travels like we did today. #ridingwithkurt
