I have had several individuals tell me about an Asian restaurant in Nashville that offers some spectacular Asian Cuisine. Today, I stopped by Eastern Peak in Bellevue. They offer both Thai and Japanese dishes. I started off with the Miso Soup, which was very flavorful. For the entree, I had the Cashew Nut Stir-fry with Chicken. This tasty dish is cashew nuts stir-fried with carrots, water chestnuts, roasted chili paste with soybean oil, onions, bell peppers, and garlic; served with a bowl of rice. The flavors were awesome with sauce, vegetables, tender chicken, and cashew. The service was excellent, and the ambiance is very nice. It's definitely worth the stop next time you're looking for great Asian dining in the Bellevue area.
Shopping is in the area as well as a movie theater and Ford Ice Center. Home 2 Suites is up the street and easy walking distance to Eastern Peak.
