Fantastic Gumbo in Bellevue, TN

In 2022, I picked up a rider who worked at a Cajun restaurant in Bellevue. In December of 2022, I featured this great establishment with their awesome Shrimp Po'boy and Etoufe. Today, I started by Voodoo Gumbo to try out their gumbo. The restaurant itself offers a taste of the Louisiana Delta Cuisine from Louisiana classics like Gumbo, Etoufe, Po'boy, Jambalaya, on other classic dishes found in the Big Easy. They have two types of gumbo chicken and Andoulli sausage gumbo and their shrimp and crag gumbo. Today, I had their Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, and it was fantastic. The rich depth of flavor from the dark roux, holy trinity, Cajun seasoning, Smokey Andoulli Sausage, and tender chicken. This gumbo is definitely up there with those that I tried in New Orleans.
