Happenings In Nashville, TN This Week

If you are visiting Nashville, TN this week, whether it be for work or fun, you won't be bored. Bridgestone, First Horizon Park, The Ryman, and The Grand Ole Opry all have events this week. Here are your happenings for the week in Nashville, TN.

The Nashville sounds are back in town and hosting the Durham Bulls. Games are Tuesday through Thursday with them beginning at 6:35 pm. If you haven't experienced minor league baseball with the Nashville Sounds, then you're missing out. Concessions are available. This is an all ages event and plenty of great activities at First Horizon Park.

Wednesday evening at Bridgestone Arena Mary J Blige will be performing. The legendary songwriter and singer who is known as the Queen of Hip Hop offers her amazing and award-winning music. The concert begins at 7:00 pm with doors opening up an hour and a half before the show.

Ryman offers two amazing artists on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday evening, the country music sensation Breland will be performing her Breland and friends. Breland along with a huge lineup that includes with Abby Anderson, Graham Barham, Grace Bowers, Mackenzie Carpenter, Jordan Davis, Russell Dickerson, Madeline Edwards, Vince Gill, JoJo, Jonathan McReynolds, Adrien Nunez, Joy Oladokun, Reyna Roberts, Sam Ryder, Tigirlily Gold, and many more. The show begins at 7:30 pm. On Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm, iconic Welsh singer Tom Jones takes the stage at the Ryman.

Other venues that have been recommended to me by post-it notes for concerts and live music this week include The Grand Ole Opry with Tuesday and Wednesday with The Opry 100, The Listening Room, Brooklyn Bowl, The Basement East, The Basement, Exit In, The Row, as well as all the Honky Tonks such as Friends In Low Places on Broadway and other great venues throughout Nashville.
