History with music is always a part of Nashville. There is an experience that is located in the same building as The Country Music Hall of Fame and The Omni Hotel. This stop goes back to 1879 when a passionate entrepreneur started a printing press. He moved here to the Nashville area in 1875 with his family from Wisconsin. William Hatch would create CR and HH Hatch a printing shop that would eventually evolve as a part of Nashville along with the music and events. Hatch Show Print Shop is still in Nashville and produces posters for all sorts of musicians, events, and other incredible experiences in Nashville. It's early beginning began next to the Ryman as they would print posters for all the artists performing at the Ryman from 1925 to 1993. Hatch Show Print Shop would be moved into the same venue as The Country Music Hall of Fame, and today, you can see the amazing posters being created as well as the Shop. They offer tours and provide an excellent history about the Print Shop. You can also purchase the variety of posters that you would have seen hanging throughout Nashville promoting events and places in Nashville. They also offer tours of the shop and provide the history along with the tour. Great restaurants are located next to Hatch Show Print Shop, including Barlines, Baja Taco, Bob's Steakhouse, Bongo Java, and many more. Additionally, you can tour the Country Music Hall of Fame while visiting this area of downtown. This is a great experience in Nashville and is well worth the stop. Plus, it's located only a short walk from Broadway. #ridingwithkurt
