If you are looking for a great poke, stop in the Belle Meade area, then head to Island Fin Poke Company. This place is a hidden gem for those looking for great bowls Hawaiian style. The start with a base of rice or mixed greens, then the choice of three proteins, with various mixed ingredients, sauces, and toppings. I went with brown rice, tuna, shrimp, and spam, and for toppings and mixes, I went with a little bit of everything. The flavor of this bowl was incredible.
