Yesterday, I was at Trader Joe's, and the girl at check out told me about one of her favorite sushi and Thai places that is in the Bellevue area. Today, I stopped in at Lemongrass Sushi and Thai and was very impressed. The menu is very extensive and features both traditional Thai and Japanese dishes. I started with their ginger salad, which was very good. The Crunchy Shrimp Roll that followed was amazing. Then, for the main course, I had the Shrimp Terriyaki Bento Box. The shrimp were cooked perfectly with amazing flavor and the vegetables very tender. The service was excellent and the ambiance was very nice. Definitely check out this great Asian stop next time you're in the Bellevue area. #ridingwithkurt
