Today, I journeyed west along Interstate 40 to stop in at one of my favorite restaurants that offers great southern dishes. The Log Cabin Restaurant in Hurricane Mills, TN, has been a staple to the community and those driving along the Interstate for years. The menu ranges from great appetizers to your standard home cooked entrees. Started with the fried pickles, which were amazing, and had the thousand island dressing with it, which added a nice tang to each bite. For the entree, I had their country ham, which is so good along with the cabbage and white beans. Excellent service and great rustic ambiance that makes you feel right at home. This is definitely a stop to make when you are traveling along Interstate 40 or passing through Hurricane Mills, TN. #ridingwithkurt
