Los Portales Jackson, Tennessee

If you are ever passing through Jackson, Tennessee, and looking for a tasty Mexican restaurant, then head to Los Portales. Located right off of Interstate 40, it offers great food, service, and vibe. The menu is very extensive but ranges from all the traditional Mexican restaurant favorites.

I went with their beef Enchilada and Tamale combination with beans and guacamole salad. Both Enchilada and Tamale had incredible flavors and excellent red sauces. I topped the guacamole salad on top, add it offered a great balance of coolness with the sauce of the dish.

This place is definitely a restaurant you should add to your stops when visiting Jackson, Tennessee. It is also only five minutes away from the Casey Jones Museum and other attractions in this growing town in Tennessee.
