Louie's Taco Shop Bellevue, TN

A few weeks ago, I noticed a new restaurant that opened up in Bellevue, TN. Today, I stopped by Louie's Taco Shop to check it out. This place was excellent with a really good atmosphere, friendly service, and fantastic food. Their menu ranges from tacos, fajitas burritos, and many more tasty items. I had their Birria Taco that was amazing with a delicious Consomme. The Taco was filled with shredded Birria meat, melted cheese, onions, and Cilantro in a homemade Taco shell. Also, I had their La Chula Burrito with steak. The Burrito was a hit and huge with beans, rice , pico, steak, sour cream, and lettuce. This is definitely a place you'll want to check out if you're looking for great Mexican food in the Bellevue area. ##ridingwithkurt
