A ways back a rider recommended one of their favorite sushi restaurants in the Nation's. I had stopped by there before and checked it out again today. Maru in the Nation's is a hidden gem when it comes to Asian dining and sushi. Today, I had their lunch Bento Box special, which began with Miso Soup and followed by the Bento Box. The Beef Bulgogi was excellent, very tender, and marinated in a Terriyaki blend, then seasoned and c cooked with onions. Served with fried rice, salad, California Roll, and pork wantons. The entire Bento Box was absolutely delicious, and the portion size was quite large. The service was superb as well as the restaurant was quaint. Definitely check out this great dining experience when looking for sushi and Japanese cuisine in the Nation's. #ridingwithkurt
