About a month ago, I gave a ride to a guy who told me about the restaurant they worked at and told me I needed to check it out. Today, I stopped by the popular brunch destination Milk & Honey, and this place is definitely a must stop when looking for brunch in the Gulch. The menu ranges from shareables, breakfast items, bowls, salads, sandwiches, and other tasty items, as well as an extensive drink menu. Today, I had the Cali Grilled Chicken Bowl. This dish was amazing and had extensive flavor from the grilled chicken, sautéed vegetables, beats, sweet potatoes, arugula, whole grains, feta, honey lime vinegrette, and chile garlic sauce. The service was excellent, with a very cool and open ambiance that offered an upscale but relaxed vibe.
The area around Milk & Honey offers extensive shopping, boutiques, and the popular Wings Mural. There are two hotels in the area, which include The W and The Thompson. Both offer an upscale stay for your visit in the Nashville area. The Gulch is a great area to spend a day to stroll visiting the various stores, get your picture in front of the Wings Mural, and dine at Milk & Honey on any day of the week. #ridingwithkurt
