The national parks throughout the United States are amazing. From Yellowstone, Zion, Arches, Grand Canyon, Great Smokey Mountains, and many more America offers a tremendous amount of scenery and natural landscapes throughout the country. The origins of the National Park began with Yellowstone National Park and President Grant as well as Congress that set aside over 2 million acres. Today, Yellowstone is just one of many national parks you can visit throughout the United States.
I have seen so much of this beauty in my life time and last year I was able to knock several of these amazing National Parks off my bucket lists as well as see several post-it note recommendations out west. The lists include:
Garden of the God's
Arches National Park
Grand Canyon
Zion National Park
Yellowstone National Park
Vermillion Cliffs National Monument
Red Rock Canyon National Park
Death Valley National Park
Arapaho National Park
Roosevelt National Park
Death Valley National Park
Smokey Mountain National Park
Plus, many more...
The National Parks are amazing. One thing that I always recommend is buying the annual National Park pass. It's $80 dollars, and it pays for itself after three parks. Additionally, you can renew it annually and keep seeing the Parks that define America. Additionally, cities that you'll want to add when visiting these Parks include Denver, CO, Idaho Springs, CO, Green River, Utah, Page , Arizona, Saint George, UT, Idaho Falls, ID, Bozeman, Montana, Gatlinburg, TN and Las Vegas, NV.
America has so much to offer. The beauty of the landscapes, the diversity of the areas, and each area of the country are unique. Get out and explore this great country like I have and take in the memories of each area of the world. I look forward to seeing more of this great country by post-it note as well as the rest of the world on my quest to see all seven continents by Post-it Notes. #ridingwithkurt
