Last night, I took a group from the Nashville International Airport to downtown. They are staying at a hotel that has plenty to offer with location, things to do, and restaurants nearby. Located on Korean Veterans Boulevard, it's an easy walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn, Ryman, Bridgestone, Hatch Show Print Shop and other stops in Nashville.
The lobby is fully decorated for the Christmas season, getting you in the spirit of the season. Additionally, a full valet and bell service they welcome you immediately as you arrive at the hotel. Great dining is located throughout the hotel, including Bob's Steakhouse, Barlines, and Bongo.

Assembly Food Hall - Plenty of variety with vendors that have local restaurants in the Nashville area. 1230 Club - Three levels of dining with various experiences at The Fifth and Broadway Building. Hattie B's - Hot Chicken Stop that is always popular with all that visit Nashville.
For shopping near the Omni, you have both the Gulch about a 5 minute ride from the hotel as well as the 12th Avenue South, whichisabout 10 minutes away. Both offer great shops with coffee houses and boutiques in these great areas.
