If you are ever in the Sylvan Park/ Nation's area and looking for amazing ramen, then head to Otaku Ramen. Th8s place was recommended to me a while back and finally stopped by to check it out. They have various Ramen dishes and some great starters. Today, I started with their Hot Chicken Bun, which was excellent. Hot chicken thigh with pickle, keeping mayo slaw, and served on a steamed bao bun. For Ramen dishes, I had the Tonkotsu Shoyu. This dish was so delicious and flavorful with pork bone broth, shoyu, pork confit, wood dear, scallions, mayu, and I added pork belly for fun. I have had some amazing Ramen places, but this is one you'll not want to miss out on. Excellent service, relaxed vibe, and food you can't go wrong with. It's definitely worth the stop next time you're in the Sylvan Park and Nation's area. #ridingwithkurt
