If you are looking for an amazing tex mex in Sylvan Park, then head to Pancho and Lefty's. This place was recommended to me by one of my riders who works there. This place has a very cool vibe and fantastic service. The menu is very authentic with great appetizers, tacos, and entrees. Today, I had the Barbacoa tacos. Braised short ribs with pickled onions, cotija cheese, street corn, and four pepper BBQ sauces. These tacos were awesome and had incredible flavor. Also, they tried their Fajitas, which were amazing as well as their chips and salsa. This is definitely a place you'll want to add to your lists of restaurants to try out in the Sylvan Park area. #ridingwithkurt
