A friend of mine and a couple of riders told me about their favorite sushi and Thai place in Brentwood. I stopped by Peter Sushi and Thai today to check them out. The menu ranges from Sushi, Japanese, Thai, and other Asian Cuisine. The food here is amazing and very fresh. Today, I started with their Miso Soup that was slightly salty but immense flavor with tofu and seaweed. The Ginger Salad was very good as well. Foe Sushi, I had their Crunchy Shrimp Roll with cooked shrimp, crunch, and mayo with rice on the outside of the roll. It was excellent. For entrees, I had their Bento Box with Chicken Terriyaki, Pot Stickers, carrots, broccoli, oranges, and Fried Rice. The entire dish was amazing and had various flavors. Excellent service and great atmosphere. It's definitely worth checking out next time you're looking for Sushi and Thai in the Brentwood area. #ridingwithkurt
