Earlier this year, I gave a ride to a student from Vanderbilt University and his mother, who were both from China. They told me I needed to check out the Vietnamese restaurant in Belle Meade called Pho Ann. The menu is very authentic, the service is excellent, the food is very fresh, and really good. Today, I had the Rice Vermicelli Noodles wth beef. It was also served with a spring roll and salad. The overall dish was amazing and very vibrant with all the fresh vegetables. The beef was very tender and had great Asian flavor in it. Tgis is definitely a stop to check out if you are looking for some good Vietnamese food in the Belle Meade area. #ridingwithkurt
