If you're looking for a great Latino and ethnic stop, check out Plaza Mariachi off of Nolensville Pike recommended by several of my riders. Started with the wings from Crepes and Hamburguesas. Ordered the garlic and Parmesan wings, and they are amazing. Great flavor, very tender, and the service was excellent. For my entree I had the Gringo Burrito from Taqueria Hidalgo and it was fantastic. Packed full of Carne Asada, rice, black beans, onions, pico de gallo, and served with aspicy guacamole sauce. Great service as well. There are plenty of other restaurants and shops to check out at this great establishment. They even offer dance parties and salsa dancing in the evening. This is definitely a place you'll not want to miss on your stop to Nashville.
