If you are looking for a great stop for seafood and Asian that came at the recommendation of one of my riders, who was the owner, head to Poki Bowl in Cool Springs. They offer rice and salad bowls that you get your choice of protein, toppings, and sauce. Today, I went with brown rice, crab, shrimp, and Ahi Tuna.along with all the toppings and for sauce the Poki Spicy Sauce. The bowl was totally awesome with so much flavor, and everything was very fresh. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean restaurant and good location. Highly recommend this Asian eatery next time you're in the Franklin and Cool Springs area.
