For Amazing Hot Chicken in Nashville, especially when you're Out by Nolensville Pike, check out Prince's Hot Chicken. This is the original hot chicken spot and one of my favorites. Today, I went with the leg quarter, potato salad, and baked beans. The chicken is hot and fresh, with the right amount of heat to make you want more. It's definitely worth the drive, or you can check out their other location at Assembly Food Hall.
