As a kid growing up in Nashville, you never heard of going to the downtown Nashville area. If you did, you went to TPAC (Tennessee Performing Arts Center), Old Spaghetti Factory, The State Capitol, and a couple of other places. Before the Music City Center conferences were held at The Renaissance Hotel. Today, conferences are still held at this legendary hotel located on Commerce Street in downtown Nashville.
Today, the Renaissance Hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Nashville and offers easy walks to Broadway, Assembly Food Hall, Ryman Auditorium, and plenty of other great stops. Additionally, the hotel offers luxurious stays along with great dining. Incredible the lobby check out Five Chords Mercantile, which offers Starbucks plus many great grab and go foods, plus i had a great iced green tea today from there. For dining, they offer Little Fib, which offers an experience with food that is tied to the history of Nashville. For live music and a great bar with a unique view, head to the Bridge Bar that overlooks Commerce Street. The hotel is only fifteen minutes away from the Nashville International Airport.
The Renaissance Hotel is a short walk to Broadway, Printer's Alley, 2nd Avenue, The Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, Musicians Hall of Fame. Plus, Centennial Park with the Parthenon is only ten minutes away. Germantown is only eight minutes away. East Nashville is only ten minutes away. Belle Meade with Cheekwood and The Belle Meade Winery are only twenty minutes away. Green Hills is only fifteen minutes away. Plus, I have received plenty of great post-it note recommendations for all these areas.
The Renaissance Hotel offers a great location with convenience to all areas of Nashville. Plus, great live music a short walk away along with great food. Add a stay at the Renaissance Hotel next time you're visiting Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt #Renaissance
