Sakura Bellevue, TN

This summer, I picked up a group of riders and was taking them to their restaurant for their shift. They told me I needed to stop by some time. Today, I checked out Sakura in Bellevue, TN. This is a great sushi stop with good lunch specials. From sushi to hibachi, they offer a little bit of everything from their Japanese cuisine. Today, I had the two roll special with choice of soup or salad. I began with the ginger salad, which was tast I with the fresh iceberg lettuce and ginger dressing. For Rolls, I had the Crunchy Shrimp Roll and Snow Crab Roll. Both were amazing. The Crunchy Shrimp had shrimp, crunch, and cucumber. The Snow Crab had Snow Crab salad with Avocado. The service was superb and very friendly. If you're in the craving for sushi in the Bellevue area, then head to Sakura. #ridingwithkurt
