Today's lunch stop came from the recommendation of a rider who was from Malaysia. They told me about a Thai stop off of White Bridge Road that is really good. Siam Cuisine is one place. If you like Thai food, then you should check it out. The menu ranges from traditional thai dishes and shareables. The lunch specials are excellent and you get plenty of food for the price. Today, I had their Pad Him Ma Parn (CASHEW NUT) Sautéed fresh mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, carrots, and bamboo shoot roasted cashew nuts, and chicken. The flavor in this dish was amazing with the light sauce, chicken, and vegetables. Served with rice, spring roll, and chicken soup, it was excellent, especially for the price. Excellent service and very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely check out this Thai spot next time you're in the area. #ridingwithkurt
