Last year, I gave a guy a ride who worked at Smokin Oaks. I have featured this great establishment a couple of times about their organic meats and products. They even have a post-it note for them. Yesterday, I stopped by to check out their deli. I can tell you that this their deli is a hidden gem. They make fresh deli sandwiches to order, and they are amazing. I had their Roast Beef Sandwich, and it was fantastic with thin cuts of roast beef, creamy horseradish sauce, tomato, Arugula, red onion, and Cheddar the sandwich is then pressed as a panini. The ciabatta bread is excellent as well. It's definitely a great spot to check out when looking for great sandwiches, cuts of organic meat, and other great items they offer. Plus, it's located near Fort Negley, Zanies Comedy Club, only 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, 8 minutes from the Gulch, 6 minutes from 12th South, and about 15 minutes from Green Hills. Extremely friendly service with high knowledge of their meats and products. They offer in room dining at the organic market. #ridingwithkurt
