Earlier this year, I was telling one of my riders about traveling to states 47 and 48 in March with Nevada and New Mexico. They told me about a place that I needed to check out where it's a New Mexican style cuisine. In fact, the owner is originally from Arizona and New Mexico. Today, I stopped by to check it out, and it didn't disappoint at all. The menu is similar to that you would see in the Southwestern United States. The chips and salsa were amazing. The Sopapillas Platter I had was incredible with so many great Southwestern flavors. The Platter consisted of green corn tamale, blue corn chicken taco, beef enchilada with hatch green chile sauce, and frijoles or arroz. The Enchilada and Tamale were so tasty i could have ordered another round. Excellent service and the atmosphere reminded me of the same vibe in Arizona and New Mexico. This is definitely a place to check out next time you're in the Franklin or Brentwood area. #ridingwithkurt
