A few of my riders told me about an amazing Asian Fusion Restaurant in the Brentwood area. Today, I stopped by to check out Soy Bistro to check it. The menu is really cool from Asian starters, salads, bowls, entrees, and even Asian tacos. I started with their Soy Wedge Salad, which was excellent.
Iceberg lettuce, Korean thousand island, crumbled cheese, and sweet seaweed, it has incredible flavor, especially with the dressing. For the main attraction, I went with their Lettuce Tacos with Korean Marinated Chicken with Kimchi on bibb lettuce. It was so tasty, and the Kimchi with the chicken had a nice balance of flavor. Excellent service and chill vibe with a great playlist of music. Definitely check this awesome eatery next time you're in the Brentwood area. #ridingwithkurt
