If you are looking for an amazing diverse culinary experience that was recommended to me by one of my riders, then check Subculture Urban Cuisine and Cafe. The Latin Inspired Street menu offers a little bit of everything for breakfast and lunch. Today, I had their beef empanadas, which were amazing. I also went with their ramen, which includes their Chicken Dashi (intense bone broth), green onion, wheat noodles, mushrooms, and half of a hard-boiled egg. It was absolutely awesome. The biggest hit, though, that was served with the Ramen was the hot chicken. The flavor was incredible with spice, salt, and the tenderness of the chicken. It's definitely a hidden gem for hot chicken. Excellent service and really quaint atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely check out this amazing restaurant in the Brentwood/ Antioch/ Nolensville area. #ridingwithkurt
