NFL Football returns to Nashville with the Tennessee Titans hosting the New York Jets on Sunday at Nissan Stadium. The game is the opening home game for the Titans and will offer plenty of excitement for the home opener. The game begins at noon with gates opening up at 10:30 am. There will be tailgating prior to the game but will be limited due to the construction of the new stadium. This is an all ages event, and if you haven't attended a Titans game while in Nashville, then you are missing out. Parking is limited, so I highly recommend utilizing Uber and looking at being dropped off on South 1st Street and Woodland Street. After the game for pickup locations, walk across the Pedestrian Bridge to either the Joseph Hotel, 7th and Church, 8th, and Broadway, or over to the Nazarene Church in East Nashville. . There are parking garages around downtown as well as a shuttle service that can be found on Charlotte Avenue. There are plenty of concessions available at Nissan Stadium with great foods from local restaurants in the Nashville area, including Daddy's Dog, Martin's BBQ, Hattie B's, and many more. A few of these were recommended to me by post-it note. After the game if you're looking for post game fun head over to Broadway for great live music and food.Additionally, the mural seen featured is from local icon muralist Eric Bass which can be seen on Korean Veterans Boulevard.
