A rider recently told me about their favorite Mexican restaurant in Bellevue. Today, I stopped by Tequila's Mexican Restaurant and checked it out. The atmosphere once you walk on the door is very vibrant and lively. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu ranges from traditional Mexican food items with some creative items as well. Today, I went with the lunch Fajitas with both chicken and beef. The meat was well seasoned with lots of flavor and both very tender. Served over peppers and onions along with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice, and beans. These Fajitas are definitely up there as some of the best in the West Nashville and Bellevue area. Definitely check out this spot next time you're in the area. #ridingwithkurt
