If you're looking for a great Mexican restaurant in Bellevue that just opened up, check out Terrazul Mexican Restaurant. Great service with a nice variety of dishes and a cool vibe in this newly opened restaurant. Tried their Taco Salad, and it was excellent with ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. The shell was fresh and had a great crisp to it. The chips and salsa were amazing. The salsa is very fresh with not too much heat. Definitely check out this amazing restaurant in the Bellevue area. #ridingwithkurt
