Last week, I gave a ride to a chef who worked at one of the restaurants in a hotel in downtown Nashville. I told Chef Matt that I'd stop by one day. Today, I stopped by The Grange at The Grand Hyatt located on 10th Avenue. This restaurant offers a nice selection of appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and entree items. The ambiance is amazing with a classical feel with amazing views of both The Frist Museum and The Union Station plus other spectacular views of Downtown Nashville. For starters, I had the Crab Bisque that was amazing with rich creamy flavors that had chuncks of crab. The Bisque was well seasoned, beautifully garnished, and a little bit of kick from the spice. For Entrees, I had the NOLA Barbecue Shrimp and Grits. The shrimp had an amazing barbecue sauce that was with Cajun spice and white wine. The shrimp were succulent and perfectly cooked with a good balance of spices and seasoning. The service was amazing and definitely first class. If you're looking for a great restaurant with upscale dining, then The Grange at the Grand Hyatt is a must stop. #ridingwithkurt
