The Hermitage Hotel Nashville, TN

Yesterday, I gave a ride to someone who worked for a historical hotel in the downtown Nashville area. I had given this individual a ride before to his place of work, plus he even provided a post-it note recommendation. The hotel is even fully decorated for Christmas, plus an amazing fine dining experience and an excellent coffee house. The Hermitage Hotel is definitely a stop that you will want to add when visiting Nashville.

The hotel is historically significant to the city of Nashville, with becoming nashville's first five-star hotel. Additionally,  the hotel is significant for the woman's suffrage movement as the headquarters were held at the Hermitage Hotel. On August 18th,  1920, the State of Tennessee would become the 36th state to ratify the constitution and allow women to vote.

The hotel is also beautifully decorated for Christmas.  The lobby is pristine and is a great stop if you're looking to get in the spirit of Christmas. Plus, for dining, they have an amazing couple of spots with Drusie and Darr as well as the Pink Hermit. Drusie and Darr is a Jean-Georges Vongerichten dining experience.  The amazing dining experience offers breakfast,  lunch,  and dinner.  Additionally,  if you're looking for coffee and pastries in the morning, check out the Pink Hermit.  I grabbed an iced green tea from there this morning, and it was fantastic.

The history of Nashville runs deep with this arwa and the Hermitage Hotel.  Amazing dining with great location with easy walk to areas of Nashville, including Broadway.  The hotel is located at the corner of 6th and Union Street. Add a great stay at the Hermitage Hotel when visiting Nashville, TN. #ridingwithkurt
